Directions for use
Purifying & Soothing Cleansing Gel is used daily to gently cleanse the skin, in the morning and/or evening, depending on your skin's needs. On damp skin, apply a dab of cleansing gel, massaging gently into your face, then rinse with clear water.
Did you know?
Conventional scrubs and cleansers are too abrasive, and although they offer a short-lived "clear skin" effect, they attack your skin, which reacts to protect itself. The result: your skin produces more sebum, which leads to more clogged pores, more pimples, more shine... It's a vicious circle that's even worse for oily skin. The solution: use a gentle cleanser like Le gel nettoyant purifiant & apaisant.

The biggest mistake we make with our skin? Cleaning it with stripping products. Not only does this aggress the skin, it also causes it to over-grease, which is totally counter-productive. Armed with the conviction that even combination skin needs to be treated gently, I created Purifying & soothing gel cleanser, the 1st sulfate-free facial cleanser. Ultra-purifying, it leaves even sensitive skin feeling soft and comfortable. What are the return arrangements?
From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?
Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!
You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).
We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)
Can I have my order delivered outside of France?
At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.
We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

It's possible:) choose the subscription for the product you want, and add to your basket those you only want to buy once.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before it is due to be renewed.
You can also simply change your delivery date to suit you better. Everything is possible in your account.
Can I subscribe to more than one treatment? How can I add other products to my renewal?
Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!
Until the day before your renewal, you can add treatments to your renewal to benefit from free shipping :) You can do this in your personal subscriber area. No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!

What is the best face wash?
The best natural face washes for your skin are sulfate-free face washes that gently cleanse and purify the skin. No more redness thanks to its soothing properties! Our purifying & soothing cleansing gel thoroughly cleanses your epidermis for clean, softened skin. Your skin won't feel tight or dry like many other cleansing gels on the market.
Purifying & soothing cleansing gelis suitable for all skin types, even sensitive, and is made up of 26 organic plants products with different properties for gentle cleansing.
Vere are the characteristics of these organic plants and vegetable oils:
- Regulating: plant extracts such as thyme and liquorice regulate the sebaceous glands to reduce sebum production and prevent shiny, clogged pores.
- Purifying: thanks to lemon essential oil and lavender essential oil, your skin is purified and any imperfections or blackheads are eliminated more quickly.
- Astringent: to deeply cleanse your skin, plants with astringent properties eliminate impurities to prevent the formation of pimples or clogged pores.
- Soothing: patchouli and helicrysum essential oils gently cleanse the skin, so it doesn't feel tight after washing.
- Antioxidants: free radicals created by the sun or pollution can lead to skin damage and imperfections. Purifying & soothing cleansing gel contains antioxidant botanicals that create a barrier to free radicals, leaving your skin healthy.
Which organic face wash?
To gently cleanse your skin, choose an alcohol-free cleanser. Purifying & soothing cleansing gel provides all the benefits of the organic plants it contains. The cleansing foam is not stripping, it moisturizes and regulates excess sebum to prevent shine and clogged pores to fight acne. Your skin is gently cleansed and you feel a pleasant sensation of freshness.
Which acne gel cleanser?
This purifying cleansing gel is recommended for combination to oily skin or skin with imperfections that needs to be washed without being dried out but also to reduce their imperfections. It is also possible to use it if you have normal skin, your skin remains hydrated all the same.
You can use the organic face wash morning and night. In the morning, before moisturising and/or in the evening after removing your make-up for a deep cleansing. This will refresh your skin after the night and remove the impurities of the day. Always remember to moisturise your skin after cleansing to make it more comfortable and to avoid drying out your skin.
Before cleansing, it's important to remove make-up with a balm, oil or cleansing milk. Avoid micellar waters, even soothing ones, as they contain micelles - small surface-active particles - which are chemical detergents that attack the skin. As a complement to this facial cleansing gel, don't hesitate to use the anti-imperfections serum to eliminate pimples and the cream radiance moisturizer or the matifying fluid, depending on the nature of your skin.
