The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale of the products offered for sale on the website www.oolution.com by the company SEED TO SEED®.
We are SEED TO SEED® (hereinafter referred to as "S2S"), a limited liability company with share capital of 30,000 euros, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 533 149 712, and whose registered office is located at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne. Our VAT number is FR 46533149712. S2S offers the sale of oOlution® brand cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as the "products") to persons connecting to the present site (hereinafter referred to as the "site"). You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by telephone on 09 83 71 34 74. The site is freely accessible to all Internet users and is hosted by OVH, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - France, and which can be reached by telephone on the following number: 09 72 10 72 10.
oOlution offers the sale of its products and gift cards on the website www.oolution.com to consumers with the legal capacity to place an order. oOlution cannot be required to verify the legal capacity of each customer.

The products offered for sale on this website at www.oolution.com constitute the offer of oOlution. We offer you the cosmetic products of the oOlution brand as well as our beauty advice. oOlution reserves the right to modify its collection at any time and to change the list and ranges of products. The photos of the products presented on our site are not contractual. However, oOlution ensures that the photos and drawings faithfully reproduce the product offered and do not contain ambiguities on notions such as size, weight, quality.
Digital gift card
The gift card allows you to introduce the oOlution products of your choice to your friends and family. 1. Choose the amount of the gift card,
2. Receive an instant confirmation email with a link to a beautiful card to print out as a gift,
3. Print the gift card with the code from home or forward the email to the lucky person,
4. The recipient can enjoy your gift and choose from all of our treatments by adding their code during checkout. The code is valid for life and can be used on the oolution.com website.
As our gift card is 100% digital, no packages will be sent for orders without other products. Thesample free offer visible in your basket is therefore not applicable with our gift cards purchased alone. Services
Among the services offered by the website, you have :
- the "Skin Diagnosis" which allows you to find out your type of skin. The goal is to know your skin well in order to meet its needs with adapted products. This diagnosis, which will only take you a few minutes, allows you to better understand the functioning of your skin and to discover simple advice to restore its radiance. It consists of 15 closed questions. To make this skin diagnosis, simply go to the "Skin diagnosis" section, answer the 15 questions and then click on "I validate!" You will then access your skin diagnosis, thanks to which you will be able to understand your skin type and act with full knowledge of the facts. You will then be suggested products to take care of your skin.
- the "Sponsorship System" which allows you to introduce the brand to your friends and family and to receive a 5€ voucher for each "sponsoree" who orders. Each of his or her "godchild(s)" who will have ordered will receive 5€ in a voucher. You can also accumulate as many purchase vouchers as you sponsor godchild(ren) and use these cadoO vouchers without any minimum purchase, which you can use whenever you want provided that you use it within one year after the activation of the sponsorship code.
To sponsor a relative, you just have to go to "My Account", "I sponsor".
You can then invite your friends and family in several ways:
- By a personalized coded link that you can send to your friends or publish on a forum, a blog...
- By a form to be filled in with the email of the relative(s) you wish to invite with the message you wish to send.
- By an oOlution sponsorship link to share via WhatsApp.
Each time you place an order, you have the possibility to invite relatives at the end of the order process. oOlution will not use the contact details of your relatives other than to send them your invitation. You can track your invitations and statistics in "My Account", "Referral Program". Your obtained discount vouchers are summarized in "My Account", "My Rewards".

- the possibility of subscribing to a subscription-type formula for an indefinite period. This consists of receiving products automatically. You just have to subscribe to them and choose the frequency at which you would like to receive them. The subscription thus allows you to avoid forgetting and to receive your favourite oOlution products when you need them.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your online space "My Account", or by contacting Audrey directly at 09.83.71.34.74. Before each renewal, you will receive a reminder email to attach products to your subscription shipment.
For logistical reasons, the subscription service is only available in metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco. All subscriptions made outside these areas will not be taken into account.
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GTC") are written in French and subject to French law. They are available on the website www.oolution.com, under the heading "General Terms and Conditions of Sale". These GCS define the rights and obligations applicable to the sale of the products and services offered on the website between, on the one hand, any natural person who is not a trader, is of legal age and has full and complete legal capacity, and on the other hand, S2S defined as the publisher of the offer. Before placing an order on our website, you must read and accept the GTC. In order to finalize the transaction, you will have to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the box "I have read the general terms and conditions of sale and I adhere to them without reservation". Otherwise, you will not be able to order products or subscribe to our services on the website. Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale presupposes on the part of the buyer that he is of legal age and has the legal capacity necessary for this, or failing this, that he has the authorisation of a tutor or curator if he is incapacitated. Thus, the fact of placing an order, whatever the method of placing it, implies your acceptance of these general conditions of sale. Sales are subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale which prevail over any conditions of purchase, unless expressly and formally waived by the company S2S.

Sur la page "Voir mon panier" sont récapitulés tous les produits et services qui vous sont facturés ou offerts. Vous y avez la possibilité de vérifier le nombre ainsi que la nature des produits choisis, de même que les prix unitaires et le prix total de la commande. Vous avez aussi la possibilité d’ôter un ou plusieurs produits de votre panier. Lorsque vous souhaitez valider votre commande, vous devez cliquer sur le bouton "Finaliser ma commande" et cocher la case "J'ai lu les conditions générales de vente et j’y adhère sans réserve". Vous confirmez ainsi le processus de commande et acceptez alors les présentes conditions générales de vente. Vous accéderez ensuite au formulaire d’identification dans lequel vous saisirez vos identifiants de connexion (adresse email et mot de passe) si vous êtes déjà inscrit sur le site. Sinon, vous devez compléter le formulaire d'inscription présenté avec vos informations personnelles. Vous êtes informé et acceptez que la saisie de ces deux identifiants valent preuve de votre identité. Une fois connecté à votre compte personnel ou une fois le formulaire d'inscription complété, vous êtes invités à contrôler et modifier vos coordonnées de facturation et de livraison quand nécessaire, ainsi qu'à effectuer le paiement en ligne. Le paiement en ligne s'effectue par carte bancaire (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), via votre compte Paypal ou par chèque. Le compte bancaire correspondant à la carte bleue utilisée est débité au jour de l’expédition de la commande par S2S. En cliquant sur la carte bancaire de votre choix, vous êtes dirigé vers le site de paiement sécurisé de notre banque qui intègre la norme de sécurité SSL. Vous devrez alors transmettre votre numéro de carte bancaire, la date d'expiration de celle-ci ainsi que le numéro cryptogramme (numéro à 3 chiffres figurant au verso de la carte bancaire). A cet égard, vous reconnaissez expressément que la communication de votre numéro de carte bancaire à S2S vaut autorisation de débit de son compte à concurrence des produits commandés. Toutes vos données bancaires sont ensuite automatiquement transmises au serveur monétique de notre banque en mode crypté (protocole SSL) où elles sont vérifiées afin d’éviter les abus et les fraudes. Tous les achats sur le site sont protégés et sécurisés. Toutes vos coordonnées bancaires cryptées sont automatiquement effacées après le règlement complet de votre commande. S2S se réserve le droit d'annuler toute commande (1) qui présenterait, lors des vérifications de coordonnées bancaires, un risque d’utilisation frauduleuse de carte bancaire, ou (2) qui proviendrait d’un client avec lequel il existerait un litige ou un incident relatif au paiement d’une commande antérieure ou qui contreviendrait aux dispositions des présentes, dans cette hypothèse S2S informera par courrier électronique le client, ou (3) lorsque l’adresse IP du client est domiciliée dans un pays différent de l’adresse de facturation et/ou de livraison. Une fois votre paiement effectivement reçu par la société S2S, nous nous engageons à en accuser réception par email, dans un délai maximal de 24 heures. Dans un délai de 2 jours ouvrés, nous nous engageons à vous adresser par courrier électronique une confirmation de préparation de la commande, récapitulant toutes les informations relatives aux produits commandés, à leur livraison, ainsi que les modalités d’exercice de votre droit de rétractation. Une fois la commande expédiée, nous nous engageons à vous adresser par courrier électronique une confirmation d’expédition reprenant les informations susmentionnées. Les données enregistrées par la société S2S constituent la preuve de la nature, du contenu, de la date et du mode de paiement de la commande. Celle-ci est archivée par la société S2S, vous pouvez accéder à cette archive en consultant directement l’historique de votre espace en ligne "Mon Compte" sur le site internet www.oolution.com ou en contactant le service clients. Vente directe, par téléphone, ou email : vous pouvez aussi valider votre commande lors d'une session de vente directe (pour organiser une session avec vos amis, contactez-nous !), ou par simple appel téléphonique, ou encore par email adressé à [email protected].
Subscription: You can subscribe to an oOlution product. If a product allows subscription, you can choose this option by clicking on the "I subscribe" button on the product sheet and then choosing the frequency at which you wish to receive your subscription. When you validate your order, you will then be automatically debited at the chosen frequency for the product(s) of your choice. You can cancel your subscription at any time in several ways: - from your online space "My account - by telephone on 09 83 71 34 74 - by e-mail by contacting Audrey at [email protected]. You can stop your subscription up to 1 day before the next automatic renewal. You can subscribe to several different products at the same time. Each is then the subject of a separate subscription, independent of the others. You will receive an e-mail 3 days before your next renewal so that you can add other products to your subscription, or cancel your subscription if it no longer suits you. If your frequency doesn't suit you, we invite you to cancel your current subscription and start a new one. oOlution newsletter: by ticking the appropriate box or expressly agreeing to this, you agree to the site editor sending you a newsletter by e-mail, no more than once a week, with information about the oOlution brand. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time by clicking on the appropriate link in each newsletter.
oOlution products are exclusively intended for your personal use, without any direct connection with your professional activity. As such, the amount of your orders shall not exceed the sum of 450 euros per order. In addition, you may only order a maximum of 10 products of the same reference per order and you may only place one order per day. In the event of an order exceeding the aforementioned amount and/or the aforementioned number, the order will be considered null and void.
The prices of the products, subscriptions and our delivery charges are those that appear regularly on our website, except in the case of obvious error. They are in euros (€), they include VAT and are valid in metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco. The price of the products is exclusive of processing, postage and packaging costs which remain at your expense and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the products ordered. The price of the products and our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without notice, but these changes will not affect deliveries for which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation. The prices shown are valid only on the day of the order and are not binding for the future. The price promotions displayed on the site, or which are offered to you by email if you have subscribed to our newsletter, are valid for the period indicated (date and time) and for a single order per household. Some price promotions may be subject to the use of promotional codes that are neither cumulative nor refundable. To benefit from them, you must enter them in the box reserved for this purpose when validating your order. Payment for products must be made by credit card, via your Paypal account or by check. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Payment by credit card is subject to a security system (SSL encryption). The debit of bank cards is made on the day of the shipment of the order and not during its validation by you, subject to validation of this transaction by the competent payment centres, otherwise the order could not be processed. In the event of the refusal of a transaction by the payment centres, S2S reserves the right to suspend the corresponding order. You will be informed by email or telephone and will have to contact your bank and our customer service department to unblock this transaction. In any event, S2S reserves the right to cancel any order or delivery in the event of (1) exceeding the ceilings indicated in the "PERSONAL USE" section herein, (2) a dispute with the customer, (3) total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the customer, (4) refusal to authorise payment by credit card by banking organisations, (5) non-payment or partial payment. S2S's liability may not be engaged in any case.
Deliveries: deliveries are made to the location indicated by you at the time of ordering, excluding hotels or P.O. boxes, and are at your expense. Deliveries are made by your choice of LA POSTE parcel post with tracking, MONDIAL RELAY parcel relay or collection from S2S head office. All orders placed before 2 p.m. on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be prepared and dispatched the same day using the La Poste service, subject to validation of payment for the order. If the order is placed after 2 p.m. or on a non-working day, we will process the order on the next working day. Orders placed before 2 p.m. on a working day (Tuesday to Friday) will be prepared and dispatched the same day using the Mondial Relay service, subject to validation of payment. If the order is placed on a Friday after 2 p.m., it will be dispatched by Mondial Relay on the following Tuesday. If the order is placed on a non-working day, it will be processed on the next working day. In order to meet these deadlines, you must ensure that you have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). Delivery is deemed to have been made: when the products ordered are made available or when thereviews delivery slip is handed over to the post office. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, S2S cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products, delivery of the order to a Mondial Relay point. In the case of home delivery, if you are absent at the time of delivery or if the parcel cannot be delivered, a reviews will be left in your letterbox. You will then have 15 days to collect your parcel at the post office indicated on thereviews . The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days for deliveries by La Poste. Any delivery you request for an order containing unavailable products will not incur any additional charges for the subsequent delivery of the missing products.
Delivery time: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 working day from receipt of full payment for the order and according to product availability, unless there are exceptional circumstances. You will be informed of the dispatch of your parcel by a dispatch confirmation email. Orders are delivered by the carrier that you will have chosen when placing your order among those proposed by the company S2S, and will be sent according to deadlines specific to each one and to your country. Certain products or certain order volumes may nevertheless justify a longer delivery time, and this will be expressly mentioned to you when you validate your order.
Delay: delivery is made no later than 30 days from the date of your order, in accordance with article L. 138-1 of the French Consumer Code. Exceeding delivery deadlines cannot under any circumstances constitute a legitimate and acceptable reason for refusing delivery, requesting reimbursement of delivery costs, or bringing an action for damages of any kind. However, if 30 days after the delivery date the product has not been delivered, for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may be terminated at the request of either party. You will then be entitled to a refund of the sums paid by you, to the exclusion of any other compensation. A delay in delivery may occur in the following cases: Order validation: in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, all orders are subject to verification. Therefore, for all orders exceeding the maximum amount set by S2S, proof of identity and proof of address must be sent to us by email or post. In the absence of these documents, the order will be considered cancelled within eight days of the order date. Availability: we make every effort to indicate product availability as accurately as possible. However, availability displayed on the site is provided for information only and in no way represents a contractual commitment. Delivery times for products currently being restocked are subject to change without notice. Order cancellation: unless you explicitly agree otherwise by telephone or e-mail, in the absence of delivery within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail of the impossibility of delivery. The order will then be considered cancelled and any payments you have made by any means will be reimbursed by bank transfer in euros within a maximum of 14 days. S2S cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to the above-mentioned events. Consequently, no claim for compensation for late delivery will be accepted.
Missing or defective products: Despite the care taken by S2S in preparing packages, it is possible that a product may be missing. Similarly, after the parcel has been transported, one of the products may be defective. Upon receipt of your parcel, you are required to check its conformity with your order and the condition of the products delivered. Any anomaly concerning the delivery of the order (missing or broken product, damaged parcel) must be reported as soon as possible to [email protected] or by telephone on 09 83 71 34 74 from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm and 6.30 pm (price of a local call) or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 7 clear days from the date of delivery. After this period, all claims will be rejected and S2S will be released from all liability. S2S reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product. If the aforementioned conditions are met, and if the defective product is returned by post, we will proceed, after ascertaining the defectiveness of the product, to either exchange it, reimburse it or reship the missing product (subject to the request being well-founded). Any refund will be notified by email within 5 working days. In the event of return of the defective product, we will refund all your costs, i.e. the price of the defective product and, where applicable, the initial delivery costs as well as any return costs (only on written request) at the latest within 14 days of the date of notification of the defective product and receipt by us of the said product or proof of its dispatch. S2S will contact you to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Complaints related to transport: Reservations related to the transport of products must therefore be indicated on the transport receipt in the presence of the deliveryman, then confirmed to the carrier and to S2S by registered letter with a request to reviews for receipt within 3 clear days from receipt of the package, failing which the reserves and claims for damage or failure to deliver will be forfeited. In the absence of these reservations, S2S may not be held liable under any circumstances and consequently no claim for compensation may be made.
Loss: in the event of loss of your parcel, you must notify us of the non-receipt of your order in writing to [email protected]. We will ask the carrier to determine the fate of your package, which takes a minimum of 15 days. During this period, no refunds or returns can be made. Once the carrier has confirmed the loss of the parcel, you will be reimbursed for your order by bank transfer in euros within a maximum of 30 days of confirmation by the carrier, or you may choose to have it reshipped.
NPAI (Does not live at the address indicated): you are required to pay particular attention to the contact details completed in the order form and in particular to your delivery address. In the event of an error in the delivery address, the package will be returned to us by the carrier with the mention NPAI ("does not live at the address indicated"). In this case, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of your order at the invoiced price, excluding initial delivery costs.
From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those whose pump has been primed, as evidenced by the rise of the product in the pump, leading to a deposit in the nozzle where the product is dispensed. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must: (1) notify us : - in writing to the address: [email protected] - or by sending us the standard retraction form duly completed - or from your online space "My account", "Order history and details" then on the order containing the product you wish to return click on the "Order reference" box click on the "+" box then on "details" to display all the information relating to your order. Scroll down the page to "RETURN GOODS" and click on the "Generate return" button. Your return will go from "awaiting confirmation" to "awaiting shipment" as soon as it is received in your "My returns" area, in the form of an acrobat (pdf) file for download. This file gives you all the information you need for your return. Once the parcel has been received by us, the status of your return will change to "Parcel received". If the product is in its original condition, the status will change to "Return completed". If this is not the case, the status will change to "return refused". In the event of a "return completed" status, we will issue a refund within 14 days by any means of payment at our disposal. (2) return the package received with all the products in their original packaging and/or wrapping, in perfect condition (unused, undamaged, undirty, etc.) and complete with the corresponding instructions, to the address of S2S, (3) clearly indicating your order number and the references of your email notification (day and time). If the above-mentioned conditions are met, we will reimburse all sums paid by you for your order, with the exception, where applicable, of the costs and risks of returning the parcel, and possibly those associated with the purchase of a gift bag, which remain at your expense. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse to process the return package. Please note that "used" cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used" products are those whose pump has been primed, as evidenced by the rise of the product in the pump, leading to a deposit in the nozzle where the product is dispensed. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.). If a product is returned in poor condition, S2S reserves the right to demand financial compensation if the damage is the result of handling other than that necessary to verify the characteristics and proper functioning of the product. Details of your right of withdrawal and how to exercise it are provided in the order confirmation email. This provision does not affect your other rights as a consumer. Unless you stipulate otherwise, you will be reimbursed using the same method of payment used for your order, within a maximum of 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal and receipt of the parcel by us.
By placing an order on the website you guarantee that you are legally authorised to enter into contracts, and more generally legal acts committing you; that if you take out a subscription, you are a permanent resident of metropolitan France or Corsica; that you are aware of and assume in full knowledge of the characteristics of the Internet and its use, in particular the limitations linked to technical performance and the risks linked to the security of communications. Consequently, S2S does not guarantee that the site is free of anomalies, errors or bugs, nor that the site functions without any breakdown or interruption. The S2S company reserves the right to freely determine any period of unavailability of the site or one of its sections, for technical reasons, or to optimise its content or use.
The creation of a personal space, also known as "My Account" space, is an essential prerequisite for any order on the site. To do so, you are invited to provide information of a personal nature. You undertake to provide accurate, sincere and true information, failing which the contract will be terminated at the initiative of S2S and your online "My Account" space will be deleted. Some of this information is deemed essential for the conclusion of the contract, the creation of the personal space and the validation of the order. Refusal to provide this information will prevent the creation of the "My Account" space and consequently the validation of the order. Your online space "My Account" allows you to view all the orders you made on the website, track their delivery, report the return of a package, modify your subscription or cancel your automatically renewed subscription. If the data contained in this personal space were to disappear as a result of a fortuitous event, a technical breakdown or a case of force majeure, S2S cannot be held liable, as this information has no probative value and is for information purposes only. However, S2S undertakes to keep securely all contractual elements whose preservation is required by the regulations in force. The pages relating to the personal space allow you to manage your orders efficiently, they are freely printable by the account holder but their character being purely informative they have no evidential value. When creating your personal online space, you are invited to choose a password. This password guarantees the confidentiality of the information contained in the "My account" section and you will therefore refrain from communicating it to a third party. Otherwise, S2S cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to your account. S2S reserves the exclusive right to delete the account of any member who has contravened these general terms and conditions or any account that has been inactive for at least one year. This deletion will not be likely to constitute damage for the member concerned, who will not be able to claim any compensation for this fact. S2S holds the exclusive license for the oOlution trademark, which is regularly registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), WIPO and OMHI. You acknowledge our exclusive rights to our oOlution trademark and you shall refrain from making any use thereof and more generally from infringing oOlution's intellectual property rights. S2S reserves the right to claim damages in the event of counterfeiting and more generally infringement of its intellectual property rights. S2S is the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the oOlution brand and the contents of the site, in particular the texts, images, graphic charter, data, photographs, sounds, videos, applications, logos, designations, structuring of sections, tabs and functionalities (hereinafter, the "site contents"). Subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these GCS, S2S grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the website. Any other rights are expressly excluded without our prior written consent.
