The skin on my face went through an extremely sensitive phase during which I could no longer stand any so-called "chemical" cream . When I went outside, I had the feeling that the air was "burning" my skin. I went through all the phases: dermatologists, antibiotics... and then everything came back as soon as the treatments stopped. I went through a 100% hazelnut vegetable oil phase on my face for make-up removal, hydration, sebum regulation... everything came back to normal. But I was looking for a skincare product moisturizer with the texture of a cream. I had heard about oOlution products for a long time. I thought they were expensive. And then I finally tried it. It's been 10 days. I'm a billion times over delighted and so surprised at how quickly it works. Gentle angel is ultra-smooth. I would even say that after gently washing my face with it, my complexion is already even! The cream Glow Up is miraculous for me. It penetrates very well, does not stick and my skin is very well hydrated all day long! How do I know that? Simply because "I can't feel my skin"! It is very comfortable :-) In the evening, I cleanse my face with Gentel Angel, then I apply the Game Over serum and a mixture of 3 vegetable oils. In the morning my skin is totally unified. For my morning routine, a little rose floral water, the Game Over serum and Glow up! It's quick and effective!!! I'm so glad I took the plunge! Oh yes, one more thing: I touch my skin with a lot of delicacy, I may be exaggerating, but I feel that my skin returns it well. So I continue: gentleness + top care with quality products and my skin is doing wonderfully! I had 3 pimples when I started using oOlution products. Since then, they have disappeared and... I have not had a new pimple for 10 days now and as my skin accepts oOlution products very well, I know that it is only a matter of time before my skin regains its radiance! My skin is dry, is Glow up okay for me?

If you feel that your skin is dry, especially after cleansing, and that this discomfort disappears afterwards, Glow up is for you! It will give you all the moisture and comfort you need.
If, on the other hand, your skin is dry all day long, and you have to reapply cream several times a day to relieve your discomfort, your skin is in fact very dry to fragile. For you, the ideal skin care product is Whole Again: ultra-nourishing, it reduces your skin's vulnerability and sensation of discomfort.

I'm feeling tired right now, is Glow up right for me?

Yes, absolutely. With its effect on complexion radiance and its detoxifying function, Glow up is ideal in periods of increased fatigue. Also think of associating it with the eye contour Eye Love for its anti shadows and anti-puffiness action.

Can this duo be used during pregnancy? During breastfeeding?

These products have not been specifically tested for pregnant and breastfeeding women but we have designed them to be safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All their ingredients are safe to use and are dosed in strict compliance with all health authorities' recommendations concerning pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Is Gentle Angel suitable for my acneic skin?

It is THE cleanser for combination, oily or acne-prone skin. It cleanses, purifies and regulates the skin without damaging it!

How often should I use Gentle Angel?

Gentle Angel can be used twice a day. In the morning, to purify your skin from last night and prepare it to receive a skincare product moisturizer. And in the evening to cleanse it of the day's impurities and regulate it!

How to order by phone?

What are the return arrangements?

From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?

Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!

You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).

We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)

Can I have my order delivered outside of France?

At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.

We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

What are the international delivery rates?

If you live in Belgium or Luxembourg, two delivery options are available:

It's possible:) choose the subscription for the product you want, and add to your basket those you only want to buy once.

You will only be subscribed to the product you have chosen for the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before it is due to be renewed.

You can also simply change your delivery date to suit you better. Everything is possible in your account.

Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!

No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!
