Je trouvais ma peau terne et encrassée cet été et je trouve qu'elle a retrouvé de l'éclat depuis que j'utilise ce duo de produit ! J'avais hésité à commander car je n'ai pas de problème d'acné mais c'est aussi approprié pour les pores dilatés. Texture, packaging et odeur parfaite, je suis ravie ! The mist is quickly absorbed by the skin and the plumping and glowy effect is there. The skin is well hydrated and does not tug, and even better with the complementary serum. To be seen on the long run but don't worry, Oolution products are always top!

I have sensitive skin, will Bloom Box dry out my skin?

Our plumping, balancing lotion can also be applied to sensitive skin, even dry skin, as it contains moisturizing active ingredients. We recommend using a gentle cleanser before the lotion (Gentle Angel) and a cream specially designed for your skin type (Age Out or Check Matte).

What's more, Bloom Box contains no drying ingredients, fragrances or allergens, which can sometimes be irritating :)

What cosmetic care should I use in addition to Bloom Box?

This treatment water is compatible with all skin care : for example, the Glow up moisturiser cream for radiance or the Keen Tonic serum to plump and rebalance the skin.

I have blemishes but no signs of age, can I use these products?

The range created with Coline is ideal for skin with imperfections. It is also ideal for the prevention of the signs of ageing, it is never too early to have a supple and toned skin.

I have reactive skin, do these products contain essential oils or perfume?

These products contain no essential oils or fragrances and have been formulated and designed to meet the needs of combination and/or mature skin, including sensitive and reactive skin.

How often should I use these products?

For Bloom Box: Morning and/or evening after cleansing or make-up removal, or during the day for a refreshing dip, this skincare water will be ideal whatever the moment. A spray of Bloom Box is also perfect for cooling off in hot weather, or for soothing razor burn.
For Keen Tonic: It can be used every day, alone or before your cream, in the morning and/or evening.

Are these products suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

These products have not been specifically tested for pregnant and breastfeeding women but we have designed them to be safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All their ingredients are safe to use and are dosed in strict compliance with all the recommendations of the health authorities concerning pregnant and breast-feeding women, and they contain no perfumes or essential oils.

What do these products smell like?

These products contain many plants such as thyme, rosemary, sage and peppermint. They release a delicious herbaceous fragrance that will delight all fans of aromatics.

How to order by phone?

You can pay for your order by credit card or cheque.

What are the return arrangements?

From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

La Poste: 2-3 working days, 5,90€ under 59€. Free for orders over or equal to €59.

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?

Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!

You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).

We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)

Can I have my order delivered outside of France?

At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.

We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

What are the international delivery rates?

If you live in Belgium or Luxembourg, two delivery options are available:

Yes, that's right! Thanks to our partner Mondial Relay, you can choose the relay point of your choice in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Whatever delivery point you choose, Mondial Relay delivery costs €2.90 in mainland France and €4.90 in Belgium and Luxembourg. Mondial Relay delivery is free for orders over €59.

Yes, you'll receive an e-mail 5 days before collection.

Delivery frequencies don't suit me. What can I do?

You can change the frequency of your subscription from your personal space. It is also possible to postpone your subscription by a few days :)

What if I order several products but only want to subscribe to one of them?

It's possible:) choose the subscription for the product you want, and add to your basket those you only want to buy once.

You will only be subscribed to the product you have chosen for the subscription.

Can I cancel/terminate my subscription at any time? Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before it is due to be renewed.

You can also simply change your delivery date to suit you better. Everything is possible in your account.

Can I subscribe to more than one treatment? How can I add other products to my renewal?

Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!

Until the day before your renewal, you can add treatments to your renewal to benefit from free shipping :) You can do this in your personal subscriber area. No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!

Can I subscribe if I live abroad or in the DOM TOM?

The subscription is available in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
