Multi-purpose SOS Balm can be used at any time of day to soothe and nourish dry, irritated areas. Using clean fingers, remove the balm and smooth over dry and/or irritated areas: face, lips, scars, joints, cuticles, chapped skin, stretch marks, sunburn, tattoos...

What are the return arrangements?
From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?
Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!
You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).
We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)
Can I have my order delivered outside of France?
At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.
We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!
Until the day before your renewal, you can add treatments to your renewal to benefit from free shipping :) You can do this in your personal subscriber area. No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!

What is a repair balm?
Multi-purpose SOS balm is highly nourishing and ideal for dry to fragile skin. Ultra-nourishing and repairing, it soothes dry areas, prevents and alleviates skin irritation. irritations and redness for sensitive skin. Its melting texture quickly penetrates the skin without leaving an oily finish.
Which cream to regenerate the skin?
This repairing balm is composed of 55 plants from organic agriculture which bring different properties:

Nourishing: Shea and cocoa butter as well as various pumpkin and desert date oils

Repairing: The multitude of oils contained in the repairing balm, such as argan oil, rose hip oil and linseed oil, is an excellent way of repairing the skin in depth, for a good cellular renewal and a skin that regains its softness

How to treat a damaged face?
This repair balm is ideal for people with dry to very dry skin. During the year, the skin can vary depending on the temperature, for example, and become very dry during the colder months.
The very nourishing side of this balm repairing cutaneous makes it possible to bring the hydration necessary to the atopic and damaged skins which undergo irritations, itchings, tuggings and redness with the daily newspaper. This care enriched with many vegetable oils and vegetable butters alleviates, relieves and protects the skin even sensitive. It allows you to find a soft, velvety and repaired skin but also to relieve irritations, the redness and other tuggings and also to prevent its drying. This balm can be used on the whole face, but also on the neck and décolleté. Apply a small amount and massage until completely absorbed.
