What are the return arrangements?
From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

Targeted SOS pimple care eliminates imperfections through its purifying and healing action, and is ideal for acne-prone skin. This skin care product owes its effectiveness to the diversity of the plants it contains. In fact, it contains 47 extracts of natural origin whose aim is to attenuate and treat localized imperfections. Their virtues:

Resorbent: The white clay and true lavender essential oil contained in this cream have a deep action on the imperfections, for a fast reduction of the blackhead

Regulating: Thanks to rapeseed oil, linseed oil, jojoba oil and yellow clay, the production of sebum, which is often responsible for blemishes, is regulated. Thus, they act preventively to regain a healthy skin.

Purifying: To purify the skin and reduce the appearance of acne, essential oils of tea tree, carrot and lemon as well as watercress and birch extracts are essential ingredients for this. They eliminate the bacteria responsible for the skin's inflammation and limit the appearance of pimples

Anti-inflammatory: Shea butter and extracts of Yarrow and Alpine Bearberry with their powerful anti-inflammatory properties allow the pimple to deflate quickly

Soothing: In order to soothe the sometimes painful blemishes, hemp oil, olive oil, sunflower oil as well as extracts of calendula, sea buckthorn and Ginkgo Biloba have been added to this anti-acne cream for a quick soothing effect
