Aware of the impact of this change on your habits, we are keen to offer you a solution: subscription. Any subscription created before February 3, 2025 will not be affected by the price increase.

How to subscribe?
1 - I go to the product page I want to subscribe to
2 - I select the "I subscribe" option and choose the frequency of my choice
3 - I add my product to the basket
4 - If I wish to subscribe to several products, I repeat steps 1 to 3 for each product I wish to subscribe to.
5 - Place your order & that's it! I'll receive my product(s) at the chosen frequency
6 - I can modify my subscription as I wish: postpone a delivery, add or remove a product, suspend my subscription... it's 100% FLEXIBLE and can be cancelled at any time, FREE OF CHARGE.
The subscription is available in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Absolutely not! Any subscriptions created or existing before February 3, 2025 will not be affected by the price increase. Your subscriptions will remain at the same price as when they were created.

Don't worry, the subscription is entirely flexible. The delivery date of your future order can be changed up to 24 hours before its initial dispatch date, free of charge. This means you can reschedule your subscription renewals at your convenience.
Yes, you will be notified by email 5 days before your subscription order is dispatched, giving you time to make any necessary changes (change delivery date, add products, change quantities, cancel subscription...).
When you create your subscription, you register a credit card (secure operation). At each renewal, this credit card will be debited for the amount of your order. Payment will only be made once the order has been validated on the day of dispatch.
