Is this trio suitable for very dry or atopic skin?

Yes, it's perfectly suited. Thanks to nourishing, lipid-replenishing and soothing active ingredients, this protocol strengthens the skin barrier, calms feelings of discomfort and provides lasting relief for even very dry or sensitive skin.

Isn't the oil too rich for my skin?

No, because it's a fine 100% natural oil that melts perfectly into the skin without leaving a greasy film. It respects the skin's equilibrium while reinforcing hydration and suppleness.

Can I use the oil in the morning?

Yes, but it's especially recommended in the evening, when the skin regenerates intensely. During the day, you can add a drop to your cream if you feel the need for extra comfort.

How long does it take to see results?

Feelings of comfort and suppleness are immediate. After just a few days, skin is visibly more nourished, less reactive and more radiant. The benefits increase with each successive application.

Does this protocol replace my night cream ?

Yes, plumping & renewing oil is a skincare product in its own right. If required, you can also combine it with your cream to create a richer, more restorative texture.

How long does the care last?

On average 2 to 3 months for daily use. This may vary according to the quantity used for each application.

Can I use this routine if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

These products have not been specifically tested for pregnant and breastfeeding women but we have designed them to be safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All their ingredients are safe to use and are dosed in strict compliance with all health authorities' recommendations concerning pregnant and breastfeeding women.

What are the return arrangements?

From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

France:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, 5,90€ under 59€. Free for orders over or equal to €59.
Mondial Relay: 2-3 working days, €2.90 under €59. Free for orders of €59 or more.
Chronopost express delivery: 1-2 working days, €13.40 for all orders.

Belgium and Luxembourg:

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?

Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!

You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).

We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)

Can I have my order delivered outside of France?

At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.

We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

What are the international delivery rates?

If you live in Belgium or Luxembourg, two delivery options are available:

Whatever delivery point you choose, Mondial Relay delivery costs €2.90 in mainland France and €4.90 in Belgium and Luxembourg. Mondial Relay delivery is free for orders over €59.

Delivery frequencies don't suit me. What can I do?

You can change the frequency of your subscription from your personal space. It is also possible to postpone your subscription by a few days :)

What if I order several products but only want to subscribe to one of them?

It's possible:) choose the subscription for the product you want, and add to your basket those you only want to buy once.

You will only be subscribed to the product you have chosen for the subscription.

Can I cancel/terminate my subscription at any time? Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before it is due to be renewed.

You can also simply change your delivery date to suit you better. Everything is possible in your account.

Can I subscribe to more than one treatment? How can I add other products to my renewal?

Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!

Until the day before your renewal, you can add treatments to your renewal to benefit from free shipping :) You can do this in your personal subscriber area. No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!

Can I subscribe if I live abroad or in the DOM TOM?

The subscription is available in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
