Can the treatments be used separately?

Yes, each treatment can be used independently, morning and/or evening. You can choose to combine them for a complete protocol or use them separately according to your needs.

What is the texture of the cleansing gel?

Sulfate-free, Purifying & Soothing Cleansing Gel develops a very fine, light foam, virtually invisible to the naked eye, for gentle, effective cleansing without aggressing the skin.

How long does the cleaning protocol last?

For daily use, each treatment lasts about 3 months, depending on the quantity applied.

Is this protocol suitable for sensitive and/or reactive skin?

Yes, our formulas are specially designed to respect the skin's natural balance and are suitable for even the most sensitive, reactive skin.

Can the protocol be used for acne?

Yes, it's particularly suitable. Unlike conventional skincare products, which are often too aggressive, stripping the skin and disturbing the microbiome, this protocol gently cleanses, soothes inflammation and rebalances the skin. The result: a healthier skin environment, less prone to imperfections.

Can the tonic mist be used several times a day?

Absolutely, the mist can be applied at any time of day to refresh, soothe, boost hydration and rebalance the skin.

Is the protocol suitable for dry skin?

Yes, the combination of care products cleanses without drying, while providing softness and comfort to even the driest, most fragile skin.

Is it necessary to rinse the tonic mist?

No, the mist cannot be rinsed off. It is applied as the last step in cleansing and penetrates quickly to prepare the skin for its treatments.

How to order by phone?

You can contact us by telephone to place an order on 09 83 71 34 74 from Monday to Friday between 9:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-5:30pm.

You can pay for your order by credit card or cheque.

What are the return arrangements?

From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

What are the delivery times and rates?

We prepare your order in 24h (working days).

France:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, 5,90€ under 59€. Free for orders over or equal to €59.
Mondial Relay: 2-3 working days, €2.90 under €59. Free for orders of €59 or more.
Chronopost express delivery: 1-2 working days, €13.40 for all orders.

Belgium and Luxembourg:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, €7.90 for orders of €59 or more. Free for orders over or equal to €59.
Mondial Relay: 2-3 working days, €4.90 for orders under €59. Free for orders over or equal to €59.

Switzerland:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, €10.90 under €150. Free for orders of €150 or more.

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?

Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!

You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).

We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)

Can I have my order delivered outside of France?

At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.

We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

What are the international delivery rates?

If you live in Belgium or Luxembourg, two delivery options are available:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, €7.90 for orders under €59. Free for orders of €59 or more.
Mondial Relay: 2-3 working days, €4.90 for orders under €59. Free for orders of €59 or more.

If you live in Switzerland, delivery will cost €10.90. Delivery is free for orders over €150.

Can I have it delivered to a relay point?

Yes, that's right! Thanks to our partner Mondial Relay, you can choose the relay point of your choice in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Whatever delivery point you choose, Mondial Relay delivery costs €2.90 in mainland France and €4.90 in Belgium and Luxembourg. Mondial Relay delivery is free for orders over €59.

Can I change the frequency of the products I subscribe to?

Yes, you can bring forward, delay or skip your next delivery via your personal space. If your delivery frequency no longer suits you, you can also change it at any time, free of charge!

Will I be notified of the renewal debit?

Yes, you'll receive an e-mail 5 days before collection.

Delivery frequencies don't suit me. What can I do?

You can change the frequency of your subscription from your personal space. It is also possible to postpone your subscription by a few days :)

What if I order several products but only want to subscribe to one of them?

It's possible:) choose the subscription for the product you want, and add to your basket those you only want to buy once.

You will only be subscribed to the product you have chosen for the subscription.

Can I cancel/terminate my subscription at any time? Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before it is due to be renewed.

You can also simply change your delivery date to suit you better. Everything is possible in your account.

Can I subscribe to more than one treatment? How can I add other products to my renewal?

Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!

Until the day before your renewal, you can add treatments to your renewal to benefit from free shipping :) You can do this in your personal subscriber area. No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!

Can I subscribe if I live abroad or in the DOM TOM?

The subscription is available in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
