Who is this set for?

For all those who want to nourish, protect and enhance their skin and hair with natural, sensorial and ultra-effective care products.

How to use sublimating dry oil?

On the body: massage in until the product is absorbed, leaving your skin deeply nourished and delicately scented (no greasy finish, no need to wait to get dressed). Use after sun exposure for a sublimated tan and soothed skin. On the face, it deeply nourishes your skin when it needs extra attention and relieves feelings of discomfort. For hair, use before and after shampooing. Before shampooing, use as a plant oil bath and leave in for a skincare product deep nourishment. After shampooing, to protect your hair and give it shine and suppleness: apply a few drops to tame and perfume your hair. Bonus: this treatment is the grail for curly hair! In addition to repairing and moisturizing your curls, it styles them for beautiful, supple curls.

Is dry oil comedogenic?

Dry oil is non-comedogenic and multi-functional! It's made from plant oils only, which unlike mineral oils don't cause pimples or blemishes. This organic oil moisturizes and nourishes your skin, and can be used on your face, body or hair.

What does sublimating dry oil contain?

Dry oil is made up of over 50 organic plants to deeply nourish and moisturize face, body and hair. All our skincare products are rich in a wide variety of plants, so that all skin types can be nourished with the nutrients that really suit them at any given moment. Your skin doesn't have the same needs and the same little problems to deal with every day, so by offering it a diversity of 100% natural ingredients, it has everything it needs to glow with the seasons!

Does cream have a greasy finish?

No, La cream repairing hands and its creamy texture do not leave a greasy film after application. It penetrates quickly, so you can do whatever you like straight after application. No need to wait forever for cream to penetrate, and its non-sticky texture is a joy to use.

Is this set suitable for sensitive skin and fragile scalps?

Yes, both products are formulated without irritating ingredients and are suitable for sensitive skin and scalps.

Can the oil be used on fine or oily hair?

Yes! Applied in small quantities to the lengths or as an oil bath before shampooing, it nourishes without weighing down. Its dry texture is easily absorbed.

Are these products compatible with pregnancy and breastfeeding?

These products have not been specifically tested for pregnant and breastfeeding women but we have designed them to be safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. All their ingredients are safe to use and are dosed in strict compliance with all health authorities' recommendations concerning pregnant and breastfeeding women.

How to order by phone?

You can contact us by telephone to place an order on 09 83 71 34 74 from Monday to Friday between 9:30am-12:30pm and 2pm-5:30pm.

You can pay for your order by credit card or cheque.

What are the return arrangements?

From the date of receipt of your order or subscription, you have a period of 14 clear days to request an exchange (subject to availability) or refund and return to us at your expense the package received no later than 14 days after the decision of withdrawal. Used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged. Used products are those for which the pump has been primed, as evidenced by the product rising in the pump, resulting in a deposit in the product outlet. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, unaltered and complete (instructions, packaging, wrapping, etc.).

What are the delivery times and rates?

We prepare your order in 24h (working days).

France:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, 5,90€ under 59€. Free for orders over or equal to €59.
Mondial Relay: 2-3 working days, €2.90 under €59. Free for orders of €59 or more.
Chronopost express delivery: 1-2 working days, €13.40 for all orders.

Belgium and Luxembourg:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, €7.90 for orders of €59 or more. Free for orders over or equal to €59.
Mondial Relay: 2-3 working days, €4.90 for orders under €59. Free for orders over or equal to €59.

Switzerland:

Can I collect my order from the oOlution premises to avoid paying delivery charges?

Yes, you can choose to visit us at 81 avenue Gabriel Péri - 94170 Le Perreux-sur-Marne and we'll be delighted to welcome you!

You can place your order directly on site or in advance by telephone. You can pay for your order by credit card, cheque or cash (only if you have the necessary funds).

We're open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm, but don't hesitate to give us a call before you drop by, so we can arrange a convenient time for you :)

Can I have my order delivered outside of France?

At oOlution, we deliver almost worldwide, and we aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If delivery of our products is not available in your country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], and tell us which country you would like to be delivered to.

We will then contact our carriers to ask them if this is possible, and we will keep you informed as soon as possible!

What are the international delivery rates?

If you live in Belgium or Luxembourg, two delivery options are available:
La Poste: 2-3 working days, €7.90 for orders under €59. Free for orders of €59 or more.

If you live in Switzerland, delivery will cost €10.90. Delivery is free for orders over €150.

Can I have it delivered to a relay point?

Yes, that's right! Thanks to our partner Mondial Relay, you can choose the relay point of your choice in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Whatever delivery point you choose, Mondial Relay delivery costs €2.90 in mainland France and €4.90 in Belgium and Luxembourg. Mondial Relay delivery is free for orders over €59.

Will I be notified of the renewal debit?

Yes, you'll receive an e-mail 5 days before collection.

Delivery frequencies don't suit me. What can I do?

You can change the frequency of your subscription from your personal space. It is also possible to postpone your subscription by a few days :)

What if I order several products but only want to subscribe to one of them?

It's possible:) choose the subscription for the product you want, and add to your basket those you only want to buy once.

You will only be subscribed to the product you have chosen for the subscription.

Can I cancel/terminate my subscription at any time? Can I pause my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, up to the day before it is due to be renewed.

You can also simply change your delivery date to suit you better. Everything is possible in your account.

Can I subscribe to more than one treatment? How can I add other products to my renewal?

Yes, you can subscribe to several treatments at the same time, or subscribe to a second or third treatment if you already have a subscription!

Until the day before your renewal, you can add treatments to your renewal to benefit from free shipping :) You can do this in your personal subscriber area. No need to go through the shopping cart, the addition is made automatically and you'll be debited at the same time as your subscription renewal!

Can I subscribe if I live abroad or in the DOM TOM?

The subscription is available in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
