Marketing & communication assistant

THE POST

Working directly with Sylvana, the Marketing Manager, and Anaïs, the E-commerce Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing the e-commerce site and steering marketing and communication projects.

MISSIONS

1 - Digital marketing
- Operational management of the Shopify website in line with the sales animation plan: drafting of product sheets, implementation of editorial and visual content (photo/video editing), creation of landing pages, animation of the homepage, etc.
- Newsletter planning proposals, newsletter copywriting, automatic email optimization (Klaviyo)
- SEA: creation of ads for Google, Meta, TikTok
- Possible one-off assignment: strategic and operational management of SEO (natural referencing on Google and blog)
- Performance monitoring and KPI analysis (site, NL, etc.)

2 - Communication
- Creation of photo & video content for our social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest): monitoring, filming and editing
- Planning, writing and publishing posts & stories on Instagram
- Management of partnerships with other brands
- Search for relevant influencers to establish long-term collaborations

You're our dream colleague if...

- You love office breakfasts and afterworks.
- You're proactive, organized, rigorous and autonomous (no less).
- Ideally, you have a BAC +4 or 5 in Marketing or Communications (business school, IAE, university or other) and significant experience in marketing and/or communications.

We're flexible on the contract: internship or work-study program, starting in July 2024.

Office located in Le Perreux-sur-Marne (20 min from Paris by RER E or RER A). You'll be joining a small, young and dynamic team :)
